Technical facts:
- 2 components glue (Epoxyd resin)
- 2x 2,5 g tubes (to use the product many times)
- contains aluminium oxyd and boron nitrite ceramics substrate
- without silicone
- no electrical conductivity
- paste-like consistency for easy handling
The consistency described above makes it possible to apply the glue very easy and to make the heat transfer very efficient.
The adhesion of the glue is really strong.

Instructions:
Please take care that there is only glue between the parts that need to be agglutinated.
Therefore, please remove any heat transfer pads or other heat-conductive paste! Make sure that the surfaces are not dirty (e. g. fingerprints or fat). You can clean the surfaces by using alkohol.
Please mix the components A and B of the glue at the ratio of 1:1. You can use the glue within 3-5 minutes.
Put on the glue single sided as flimsey as possible and take care to put it only onto the surfaces that need to be agglutinated.
Put the parts closely together!
Remove spare glue immediately.
After putting the parts together, you have to fix the bond for at least 35 minutes.
Advice:
If you do not want to have an extreme strong connection like the AL Thermal Adhesive provides it, you can mix the product with normal Arctic Alumina heat-conductive paste. The ability of transfering heat remains, but the connection between the parts is not that close.
