A set of Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive consists of two tubes containing a total
of 7 grams of adhesive (3.5 grams of Part A and 3.5 grams of Part B) and a plastic
reusable mixing wand.
Extremely strong adhesion and a superior thermal conductivety.
Application Instructions:
Pay attention that there is only Adhesive between the chip and the heatsink.
Remove any old adhesive, thermal grease, pads, tape, or other interface materials
from the heatsink and chip before attaching the heatsink with the Arctic Silver
Thermal Adhesive (also fingerprints should be removed) !! Use an appropriate
cleaner , for example alcohol.
Mix the two components 1:1, that is equal amounts of Part A and Part B. Mixed
in the proper ratios,it has a pot life of 3 to 5 minutes at normal room temperatures.
Apply the adhesive to the top of the chip in a thin layer. Be careful to keep
the adhesive away from traces, pins, and leads !
Use enough pressure to insure that the adhesive is making good contact with
both mating surfaces.!
Remove any excess adhesive that squeezes out!
Clamp or secure the components for at least 30 minutes !

Tip:
To reduce the extremly strong adhesion , just mix some normal Arctic Silver
thermal compound in.The outstanding thermal conductivety is maintained but you
can remove it if you need to.
